Terms of service
Last updated 15 October 2026
The agreement between your business and Ringmark, in plain words.
Who’s who
Ringmark is run by Bhavjeet Singh, Patiala, Punjab, India (“Ringmark”, “we”). “You” means the business that uses Ringmark, through its owner.
What Ringmark does
Ringmark reads the business accounts you connect, makes each person a list of what needs doing, reminds, and sends the messages you turn on. What each pack includes is on the prices page.
Your account and your team
- The owner looks after the account, and is responsible for the people they add and for keeping sign-in links and signed-in phones safe.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in. You can sign any phone or computer out from Settings → Phones and computers.
Your customers, and messages
- You need your customers’ permission to message them. Promotions (offers, festival wishes, “time to buy again” and the like) go only to people who chatted with you or said yes.
- Follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies and the law. No spam, nothing illegal, nothing misleading.
- Anyone who replies STOP gets nothing more from you through Ringmark.
- Drafts and sorting are made by software and can be wrong. “Show me first” lets you check each message; you’re responsible for what you approve or set to send by itself.
Fees
- Each pack has a monthly price and a one-time setup fee, as shown on the prices page (or the price we agreed with you in writing).
- Monthly: billed after each month, for that month.
- 6 or 12 months: paid at the start, at 10% and 20% off.
- Bills are due within 7 days. Pay by UPI, or through Razorpay (UPI, Google Pay, cards).
- No GST is added while Ringmark isn’t registered for GST. If that changes, you’ll hear before it applies.
- Going over your pack’s messages costs nothing extra. We’ll tell you and suggest the next pack, and you choose.
- Prices can change with 30 days’ notice. 6- and 12-month plans keep their price until they end.
Late payment
We remind you. If a bill is still unpaid 30 days after it was due, we may pause Ringmark (nothing read or sent) until it’s paid, and we’ll tell you before.
Stopping
- Stop any month from Plan → Stop. Ringmark keeps working to the end of that month.
- Refunds, including unused months of a 6- or 12-month plan, follow the refund policy.
- Download your data first if you want it. Everything is deleted within 30 days of your last month.
- We may end the service for serious misuse (like spam or illegal use), after warning you where we can. Unused prepaid months are then refunded.
Our side
- We aim to set up and answer within the times on the prices page.
- Ringmark depends on WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Zoho and others. When they have problems, parts of Ringmark may stop for a while. We can’t promise it will never be interrupted.
- Your data stays yours. You let us handle it only to run Ringmark for you, as the privacy policy says.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, Ringmark’s total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it, and we aren’t responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales. Nothing here limits what the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We’ll tell you in the app at least 14 days before a change that matters.
Law and courts
These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts at Patiala, Punjab.
